What data we collect
Flowquid LLC collects only the minimum information required to operate the NearMirror service: your email address and payment details when you subscribe. We use a third-party payment processor and never store your full card number.
Screen mirroring is local
All screen mirroring, device control, audio streaming, and file transfer happens directly between your computer and your Android device over a local USB or Wi-Fi connection. No screen data, input data, or file contents are transmitted to Flowquid LLC's servers or any third party.
Analytics and telemetry
NearMirror does not include analytics SDKs, telemetry, or tracking in the desktop application. We may collect anonymous, aggregated download counts from our website to understand platform distribution.
Data storage and security
Account data is stored on encrypted servers. We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting hello@nearmirror.com.
Third-party services
We use third-party services for payment processing and email delivery. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using NearMirror, you agree to these Terms of Service with Flowquid LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Subscription and trial
NearMirror offers a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription at the current rate of $6.99 per month. Each subscription includes up to 2 connected devices.
Enterprise licensing
Organizations requiring more than 2 devices, volume licensing, or dedicated support may contact hello@nearmirror.com for custom enterprise agreements.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Permitted use
NearMirror is provided for lawful use only. You agree not to use the software to access devices without authorization, circumvent device security, or violate any applicable law.
Intellectual property
NearMirror and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Flowquid LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose during your active subscription.
Limitation of liability
NearMirror is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowquid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account at least 30 days before they take effect.
